More than 12,500 meals were prepared by OSHaRE and delivered to vulnerable people placed in the Traveller's Motel in Owen Sound and/or The Key Motel in Chatsworth by M'Wikwedong, Women's Centre, and YMCA housing. With transportation funded by Grey County Social Services; Habitat for Humanity and the United Way logged more than 12,000 kilometers from April of 2020 to September 30th, 2021.
This program provided meals to people all through the pandemic during lockdowns, isolation, and for people who needed support. Well done to all of the volunteers, participants, and organizations who supported it. - Thank you
