Over the past few weeks we have discussed some of the less popular foods, specifically foods I hated growing up. At the top of that list is liver, however, like many things, sometimes it is the way the food is prepared that makes all the difference. So, you this video from Chef Buck will demonstrate a great way to cook liver so people like me will eat it. Also, not only is liver much less expensive than beef, but it is also rich in high-quality proteins and low in calories.
