Clients, customers, family, friends, and co-workers; 1 in 5 Canadians will experience a mental health or addiction problem this year. Many of us have taken a first aid course and we renew them every few years, but few of us have taken a Mental Health First Aid Course. Earlier this month I took this course led by Jackie Ralph in Owen Sound and it was incredible, I highly recommend it.
