This Ontario Government program is designed to assist Low-income people who are experiencing arrears with their utility bills. This video by Money with Mark Albert (it is a little dry) provides a brief outline of the program. There is also the government website LEAP - MORE DETAIL which provides instructions and much more detail for vulnerable people in arrears and possibly facing disconnection as well. Encourage your clients to use 211 online or via phone.
