This weeks fun food fact features a plant that you may not have considered planting before, I had never even heard about it. Tatsoi is one of those really cool "super veggies" that is not only really good for you but it tastes great. A very hearty plant that can deal with cooler weather, Tatsoi, has a very quick grow time and can be harvested multiple times during the season. We found this short video from "Together we grow" and it is well worth the less than five minute watching time.
