Lydia Dyck and the team at Elephant Thoughts have created one of the most innovative and fresh gardens in Bruce/Grey. Literally starting from scratch in the spring of 2021, they have worked very hard to produce an accessible garden that has the potential to make a difference on local food insecurity as well as bringing the community together.
