One of the organizations who makes a huge difference in their community and in this region is OSHaRE. This team of people feeds hundreds of vulnerable clients every day with the simple philosophy "we will share what we have."
They have adapted to the restrictions put in place under Covid-19 and deserve our congratulations. In addition to their regular activities, they have taken on the role of "community hub" for fresh produce distribution to many of the area food banks and meal programs, and as well work with community gardens and farmers to utilize surplus and "gleaned" fruits and vegetables.
