FOOD INSECURITY: A product of the lack of affordable and safe housing.

Poverty and the lack of housing are two of the primary drivers of food insecurity, there are some communities and countries that are taking innovative ideas and using them to solve their issues.


One of the most successful countries has been Finland, this video from TVNZ looks at what Finland has done from a New Zealand perspective as they look to solve their own chronic housing issues. The lessons for Grey/Bruce, Ontario, and Canada should be obvious.
