It's 9:30 at night downtown in any number of communities in Grey/Bruce, a person who is suffering from homelessness needs to use a washroom. What would you do? The library is closed, the bus station is closed, businesses are closed, any public toilets if they exist are locked, and you can't wait. When we talk about basic human dignity there aren't many things more fundamental than this. What would happen in your community and what should your municipality do?
