COMMUNITY GARDENS: Planning for 2022 - Delicata Squash

Some of you may have heard about Delicata Squash, some of you haven't yet. We have two videos to suggest adding a little space in next year's garden for this squash, it is the sweetest variety. The first video is from Fruition Seeds and is very short and will introduce you to this treat. The second video from the Culinary Lion website demonstrates DELICATA SQUASH BOATS which is only one of the dozens of recipes online to use this squash.
