BACKGROUNDER: ONCA and your non-profit organization

The Ontario Non-Profit Corporations Act was recently passed by the Ontario Government. The following video was recorded by the United Way of Hastings and Prince Edward. The Community Legal Education Ontario (CLEO) organization presented a one-hour overview of the new legislation for United Way organizations.
