At poultry farms across North America, bird flu is becoming a major worry. If a farm is infected, the flu is 100% fatal for any bird that is infected. If a farm is infected then all of the birds are euthanized and destroyed. Food organizations should only accept donations of turkey, chicken, and other poultry from certified sources.
